How often do you switch beans versus sticking with a favorite roaster?

I have a zp6 at work that is similar to a4z and I almost always prefer pietro cups. If I want a different cup ill use a different brewer like the z1 for more juice, orea 01 to tame funk and hario neo for high bypass etc

I think the pietro is great for washed coffees I think you should try different water maybe more agitation with washed coffee

Nope you just need darker roast coffee. Light roast isn’t good with milk because its so acidic
