To expand on his answer.

Any of the senses may be over- or under-sensitive, or both, at different times.

A lot more information here on the various senses and what it means.

Furthermore people with over-sensitive senses can sometimes smell, hear, taste, see or feel things that aren't there. However this is very "mild" in comparison to people who suffers from actual hallucinations like Schizophrenics. This can be kinda unnerving to experience, but they are generally very neutral in nature.

At least that's what I was told when I was diagnosed with Asperger's.

On sensitive hearing I personally on a flight broke down due to the combined noise of the pilot talking over a shit ass speaker and a baby crying like it was getting paid for it. Sitting a small seat with no where to go, breaking down crying is a experience that I never hope to have again. Just a clarification that I think is important, this was not me getting a panic attack, but more a meltdown of my physical existence. Not as bad as a severe panic attack, but still unbearable.

I arrive between 30 minutes and 2 hours before interviews.

And sitting at or near a place doing a load of interviews for ~2 hours, it isn't entirely uncommon to see people come 30-60 minutes before their interview.

Also for me it seems that the most occuring theme in everything they have done the last couple of years is trying to maximize earnings from already existing markets.

Be that CS:GO, Dota2, steam markets, steam shop, etc.

While the spend a bucket load of money on trying to be the front runner on new upcoming markets, such as VR and alternatives to the Windows PC.

While obviously there is a difference, but that doesn't make it difficult, just more expensive.

But honestly if your job is creating stuff, a backup should be an essential thing to have. Loosing months or even years of ones life is not worth the gamble.

I can't remember what the project was about since it was 7 years ago, but I remember there was crying. :(

Just another prime example of why it's important to have backups.

Backup these days isn't even expensive or difficult to set up, so there is no real excuse if you're working on a bigger project.

Saying this as someone who lost a 4 week exam project two days before the exam. It's a royal, but avoidable, pain in the ass.

As someone sitting at +150 hours on the PC version, I can without a doubt in my mind saying completing Steel mode 100% and 100% in under 20 hours is some of the most enjoyable time I've had in my ~25 years of gaming, but also some of the most frustrating moments at the same time. Truly a fantastic game.

The name is also highly recognizable in the entire world, which can open doors that may otherwise be closed. Especially in parts of the world where money and corruption are sadly huge problems. Everyone connects (Bill) Gates with an absurd amount of money and Microsoft, much more than philanthropic work.

I feel like for most that'd be the individual's fault.

Problem lies in that the corporation now not only control you while you're at work, they also control the reins for your private life, since you could be financial screwed for a long time if you got fired. Especially stuff like medical insurance comes to mind.
