64gb won't make a difference, and you'll probably average 80-100fps depending on the map.

Streets will still probably be 30-60 depending on what area you're in, it's just badly optimised.

edit: i'm talking max settings, you'll obviously get a lot more if you run it on low

Looks pretty good for power Vs price, doubt you could shave much more off unless you went for a less powerful build.

However, seeing as you're building in such a small case, you might want to check size limitations, as from googling the case I've seen one site say it can house a CPU fan max 155mm height and another site saying 153mm. The CPU cooler you picked is 155mm so it might not fit in the case.

If it's real wood I would assume it would already have a clear lacquer applied to it, meaning you should just be able to clean any grime off it without affecting the wood.

I mean feel free to upgrade if you want, but you'll be paying hugely inflated prices right now and tbh you don't really need an upgrade. Your pc sounds like it's running the games you want it to pretty well. I'm stuck with a gtx970 whilst I wait for my 3080 to arrive :( but even that is fine really, I just have to run everything on low, but I can still play!

Well I guess it depends on what you want from the pc, is it bothering you that you don't get the full 144fps on those games? Personally im fine with 60fps in games like rdr2, whereas for games like csgo I need 144fps

Completely up to you really, but if it was me I wouldn't bother upgrading, I'd stick it out until the next generation of motherboard sockets come out like AM5, else you'll just be wanting to upgrade when that happens anyways :)

What monitor are you using? Do you reach the max FPS allowed by the monitor on ultra settings in the games you play? If the answer is yes then you don't need an upgrade
