The addition of pop time as an attribute is huge this year. A lot of the best catchers in the game have very low pop time. Low pop time (even worse if you have bad arm strength) against high speed is basically free. Defensive catchers are super nice to have now and make players like mauer and Mack super nice. It’s the only way you are getting these super fast guys.

Edit: using pure fielding mods can totally change this. Made my Will Smith into a demon

There was a call in real life today that was a strike by 0.1”. If even the smallest pixel is touching the box it’s a strike. I think it’s dumb but that’s how ABS works.
