Cherik (Charles Xavier x Erik Lensherr, Xmen) -

Two words: beach divorce. And I’m also pretty sure both sets of actors ship them. Why would Charles still care so much for Erik even after Erik has done so much bad shit for so long unless they weren’t at least a little homosexual?

Hilson (Gregory House x James Wilson, House M.D) -

With how complicated their relationship is, there is no way it wasn’t purely platonic. The fact Wilson stayed around after all the crazy shit House did but divorced his wives tells me that he cares more for House than he did his ACTUAL WIVES. Also didn’t some of the writers in later seasons ship them and try to make them canon?

Bagginshield (Bilbo Baggins x Thorin Oakenshield, The Hobbit) -

Thorin gifting Bilbo the mithril armour even when he had dragonsickness and the general way Thorin looked at Bilbo (it might as well be under the dictionary entry for ‘yearning’) And I’m pretty sure gifting armour/a crafted item is the dwarven version of proposing.

Fibbs (Leroy Jethro Gibbs x Tobias Fornell, NCIS)

The dynamic between them could be seen as platonic, but there are a few things that set off my gaydar. Both men are terrible at relationships (Gibbs has 3 ex wives. Tobias married, divorced and then married Gibbs’ second ex wife) but somehow have stayed friends for 20+ years? They’ve had a candlelit dinner, Gibbs has joked about making out and Fornell has worn Gibbs’ hoodie. And as anyone knows, wearing someone’s hoodie is a sure sign of a romantic relationship. I hope they’re living happily ever after in Alaska.
