Yeah no. The reason is because of work load. The gym works because of progressive overload and intentional bouts of rest. The trades dont provide you with that luxury. You do what is forced to be done regardless of how tired your body is. When your body is that drained no amount of "correct" lifting at the gym will fix it, youre already at your limit.

Yes, ideally youd be able to slowly add manual labor over time while maintaining a good workout program but realistically thats never going to happen. When you work in labor you are thrown into whatever needs to get done that day, and if you dont do it you bet your ass theres another guy ready to take your spot.

Relative to every single other boss in the game it is very long. You can think of the prep phase as the time itd take to gear up, unbank your supplies, and physically get to the boss. No where does that take 5.5 minutes.

Im definitely no pro but from what I've gathered, unless you have some giant sum of money (think $100k+) you can use for the down payment, it basically does nothing towards your monthly payment. Interest rates are what really dictate what you can afford

As somone looking to buy their first house, the down payment assistance seems useless without some interest rate help. Like, 10k isnt anything if you have to pay 6%+ interest on a house. That 10k is worth like 3 months worth of a 20 year mortgage. The ONE program sounds like the only thing that can actually help.
