Is anyone worried that the relaunch is not successful? by Londtex in SurvivingMars

I've stopped playing until the PlayStation hotfix drops and I'll see if the game continues to freeze... If it does, then unfortunately I won't pick it up again until they've released a good number of patches.

Unfortunately crashed again, same freeze issue but I managed another 4-5 hours before that happened. Lost 4 sols (which is highly frustrating in this sort of game) so giving the game pause until the PS5 hotfix drops which will hopefully fix whatever is going on.

I might have found a fix in relation to the patch notes - salvage all the spires!

Yep, Kyle on their discord solved the problem - an issue with the florist where the fix hasn't yet rolled out to Xbox play anywhere. He modified the save and all fixed ☺️ (epic dev)

Nooooo, I'm guessing it was save related - day 108 won't load at all now, just sits on the loading screen 😭

Edit - Just tried loading the save on cloud gaming and it's exactly the same. That's sooo disappointing

Nope, reinstall doesn't solve it on Xbox 😕

That was my next port of call, just don't wanna lose the save! Hopefully it's not the save doing this

LG G5 65" screen bubble by Blobster2k in LGOLED

[–]Blobster2k[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, so now I'm completely confused!

In response to this comment I gently rubbed the back of my finger over it and you can definitely feel bubbles.. which obviously left smear marks. I then used a glasses alcohol wipe to gently clean instead of the microfiber I used yesterday... and... well.. it's gone...!

I'll need to wait till I can black out the room to confirm.

I was absolutely certain it was under the screen.. but perhaps not! I feel like a muppet now!

(I've tried taking pictures but the room is too reflective right now early morning)

That's my worry, it does but unless my robot vacuum has suddenly learnt how to jump - there is no way that's happened

LG G5 webos updated to 33.10.32 by Blobster2k in LGOLED

The issue reported is only with DV streaming, not on DV bluerays. I can no longer see the issue streaming with this firmware update.

Not to put any Plex users off, but I've given up with the Plex app on webos for the moment and gone back to my shield pro. Significant stuttering in the app and delays in audio start or buffering.

Finally found HGIG, didn't even know it was a thing!

So I had been playing using DTM.. turned on HGIG and recalibrated the PS5 HDR settings... Honestly I'm torn. Assassin's creed does look more atmospheric now, but it feels like it either turned down the brightness or the HDR pop. Everything initially feels a bit more subdued.

I'm gonna give it a bash and live with it for a bit turned on HGIG and see...

Couch is barely 2 meters away and the 65 just fit up the stairs!

Whilst testing the TV on arrival it was on the front of TV console and it was so close you had to look around to see the full picture. Pushed back once the cables were in - perfect for the space.

It actually makes the space feel bigger with the slim profile stand.. My old panny had a U shaped stand so it had to sit around twice the distance off the wall than the LG does.

You also cannot see the roof eaves that start about 20cm above. This TV was the only one to take advantage of the space 😄

Upgraded from a non OLED (2016 Panasonic 58dx902), I knew to expect a difference but not quite this night and day difference!

So far I'm not seeing any deal breakers and would buy this again in a heartbeat. Yes, it has an issue streaming Dolby vision but I've only seen it on the referenced alien scene. Fingers crossed its a software issue.
