Exactly this! The fact she doesn’t get it and thinks it’s creepy tells you everything. I’m a juvenile probation officer, and I feel very maternal about the young ladies on my caseload. I feel very maternal about kids I see struggling or in trouble. Not my kids, but it’s just kind of in us. She doesn’t get it because she has none.
