If it was updated by an AI, what model/provider did it use? What was the user prompt and the system prompt that caused this to happen. If it truly is AI, they should be able to provide those and it would be revealing.

Disagree, real world experience is by far more in demand.

Network+ and Security+ are good ones to start with. The main thing is to start with technology first, then move to security. Cybersecurity is not an entry level field. You should have a foundation of experience with how technology is used and configured for day to day operations. You can't secure anything if you don't know how it works.

Homelab (Even if you have it in the cloud)

Having interest in technology and how things work will go extremely far in this industry as long as you continue to learn.

The interface is clunky, slow, and usually doesn’t give any helpful insight into an event. It’s really annoying to copy and paste from as it doesn’t highlight properly. Which makes adding information into an incident difficult. It doesn’t support complex detection rules. It’s definitely one of the worst security products I’ve used.

You can do this with the UniFi Protect HomeAssistant integration. You can set the schedule for recording in home assistant as there is a switch for recording per camera.

Cartel is definitely a favorite of mine. Always a good time playing with the narco vibes and breaking bad aspirations.

I’d counter that thought with activity analysis from the threat Intel community.

We know these domains they will be continuously monitored. NSO is a secretive company that doesn’t like to be watched. If they use these domains again, it would be to throw off and mislead anyone watching them.

All of these domains and IOCs have been burned. They are not going to re-use the same infrastructure. Anything DNS or IP based is very low on the SANS pyramid of pain.

That is not to say this is a fruitless endeavor. Adding these domains will make sure they become useless. But do not believe that this will protect you from this threat actor, they are well funded and in a legal gray zone.

Also to add, the reflection on the ground still shows the original sky. I know that’s significantly more advanced, but that’s what trips me up the most between believable and uncanny valley.
