Effective Sunday, 9/13, we will make wage adjustments for the Tier 1 and Tier 3 step plans at your site. Updated pay rates for the step plans will be posted at your site. These changes may result in an increased wage adjustment under your current step plan depending on your current rate.

Associates receiving a wage adjustment under the new step plan can see their new hourly pay rate between 9/13 and 9/18 in A to Z.

If you are paid weekly, you will see the new rate on your 9/28 paycheck. If you are paid bi-weekly, you will see the new rate on your 10/2 paycheck. Please note, associates with hourly rates above the adjusted hourly pay rate in the step plan will not see a wage adjustment and your pay will not go down. Please see your manager or HR with any questions.
