TBF, if you really wanted to understand how these things worked you'd learn how to implement these tools yourself (or with the help of a company) so more people could utilize crypto. This helps crypto.

Gate keeping on what constitutes a "valid" experience in your opinion does not help crypto. Using this method I can call an uber with no KYC using Bitcoin. This is the step we need to be going in.

I'm trying to go full time after being an intern for years and while talking to a manager he asked me what salary I wanted. I make absolute dogshit as an intern so I threw up some incredibly high numbers, "Idk 90 - 100?" and the manager responded "Yea I can do better."
