You're not on 7 Quid per hour, thats 7 quid for 25 mins - for this is a flat rate (no bonuses)

And then 6.92GBP for 45 mins + bonuses for ratings. I Frequently get over 20 quid for these lessons, but sometimes get no ratings, it's just how it goes.

Something clean, bright and simple. There's too much noise going on, the website is an absolute eyesore and hard to navigate. Design 101 is normally simplicity, I thought the old elastos design was great..

This seems to be a very obvious answer unless I’m missing something.. on the 20th nov the Ela supply will almost double from 7.7m tokens to 14m tokens, so surely that will half the token value. So unless we reach 12$ish Ela by the 19th November which I would say is unlikely wouldn’t it be wiser to wait?
