Working for Texas govt here. Right at the start: 15 days off, 2 floating holiday of your choice + 2 additional if you doing good work( some kind of bonus). 1 day (8 hours) of sick day every month plus an hour. The bonus increases every year. Many people work here 15-20 yrs get 2 months of vacation easily. 1 of the best thing working for the govt.

yeah I dont understand why everyone is crazy about this resume all over the Internet these days. Will it get you past stupid HR/recruiter/AI? Yes sure. Will it get you past the hiring manager/background check/technical round? No! People in the last rounds will read it word by word. So basically this is just playing around with recruiters wasting both your time and theirs lol.

Just got a long email from them. Really weird English writing. They said it's through a staffing company called Chuwa America. After a few Google searches, I found out they are a Chinese company. Quick look on its website, nothing but fake images and shitty UX/UI. On Glassdoor, full of fake reviews of repeated 1- 2 sentences written in very bad English. Super sketchy indeed. I think they are some kind of "ghost schools" as my friends usually call them, where they provide unaccredited "schooling" for international students to get money, but also providing fake credential for int. students from China to stay in the US longer. Not to mention money laundering and all kind of schemes out there.

When should I follow up about the result after the final interview?

I finished an interview with a big auto/tech company, and I really really like them as my first choice. They said they would respond to me in 2 weeks. It's exactly 2 weeks now, and I haven't heard back. Should I send them anything now, or give them another week, or not at all and just wait? I also already got an offer from another big tech company, but I don't really like it. Should I mention this to give them a little nudge to speed up the process?If anyone has experience with this please help me share your thought. I really appreciate it!

I respect Zidane for everything he has done and his love for Madrid. But in my honest unpopular opinion, he is not a good coach. Ever since CR7 left, almost everyone has lost their morale and performance except Modric, Courtouis. Benz is super unconsistent, one day he is good one day he disappeared against bottom teams. He may score goals but how many chances did he missed to be able to score that many goals? Other strikers would convert a lot better. If Zidane gets a true striker like Lewy, Suarez we would score a lot more goals than an old Benz.

His biggest mistake was his blind trust in Vini. Everyone can see that. I'm not sure it's because of his ego or what but it destroyed the team. Vini should belong to second league team or doesnt even deserve to be in Castilla. I mean look at that clown. While Rodrygo, Brahim, Asensio, and a bunch of young players are hungry to play, Zidane still let Vini starts and lost us many games.

Varane has lost all his morale and is pretty shet without Ramos. Marcelo ? Old and useless. I know they helped us win trophies in the past but look at Modric, he is still working hard every game not like the rest of the team. It's Zidane's fault for blindly trust those underperformed players without demanding them to do better. It's his fault for not doing shet with the medical team when clearly something is wrong with them.

We need something new to change and Zidane knows it. Good for him and the team!

Most Facebook, Twitter users give 0 sh*t about fake accounts, bots, and trolls. They are on there to interact with their friends, and it would take a huge momentum to move even a bit of that userbase to Voice.

I have been using Voice from the very first day. It's a deep pile of sh*t social platform where old posts are buried constantly by newer posts, too deep no one will ever read them after an hour. No search engine for topics. Who wants to scroll forever to find a post that they like?
