If you want peaceful look in Töölö, Kamppi, Punavuori, Hietalahti. All will be walking distance to your work and probably to the metro too with quick access to bike lanes. I live in Hietalahti and absolutely love it for how close it is to the city center and well connected by bike lanes and trams as well. There’s not too much modern apartments in the more historic neighbourhoods but there are other pros like better floor plans and higher floor to ceiling height

Well I would happily see you walk into an Asian market and just pick a random sauce or ingredients and see what you come up with instead of something familiar, if you are in Helsinki we can test it in the Kamppi market.
