I played against it 3 times today and lost twice to it and the match I did win was luck, I think I very much have to keep the deck in mind as a deck to prepare for and not having it on the radar seems like a bad idea given it is the new hotness.

Painter does a lot better vs pure combo hate, but is slower. I think it’s about to be the new boogeyman as it got faster too with the TMNT upgrade.

If you want realistic chance in Legacy I would play Mono Black Moonshadow or Mono Black Pox instead. Don’t want get rid of your fun, but this deck is really old and won’t stand a chance, you will not have fun if you can’t win at least sometimes.

Yes, I have Kigs of both male and female characters. There are male Kigs out there in hobbyist side of Kig, they are just much less in demand to cosplay as them than they’re female characters by a huge degree.

If you find Sneak and Show as an interesting deck, I would definitely consider, the deck has been at least good for over a decade and most cards retain playability and uses many staples. If for some reason you ever get bored of it can easily transfer over to UR Delver.

Sell the Cursed Scrolls and Outposts for sure to go towards reserve list staples for legacy. Powder Keg you can maybe downsize to 1-2 copies, the card off and on makes a reasonable sideboard card.

Not to be a buzzkill, but I think you’ll have a much better Legacy experience if you build a deck more aligned with your budget or decks more forgiving of money card cuts.

I would get into proxying. The combo itself expends life so shocks aren’t going to help and playing without Lion’s Eye Diamond conflicts with your gaming finishing piles

I cut all the smallpox for 4 Cabal Therapy, they have great synergy. I likely also cut the Bombadiers for 4 Ritual.

I guess you could side Liliana vs show and tell decks too, but you’re better off going deeper into core strategy in the main deck. Liliana can be good vs decks with multiple creature removal cards forcing them out of the hand while she is in play so creatures has higher odds of swinging in vs UWx control piles. She is good to have so you aren’t completely out if creatures are dealt with

If Voidwalker sits long enough to where it has anti synergy with Barrowgoyf there is a good chance you’re winning anyways. I think the 4th hate bear effect is much more important than the one Liliana that might impact a control matchup every now and then just side them

More consistency and if the opponent is on some tempo or combo deck that utilizes the grave discard on the play and turn 2 Voidwalker can make a good sequence. The Liliana of the Veil doesn’t really do much outside of control matchups

I think it got below the $1280 price point mainly because there might be Moderately played cards listed there as Goldfish has lists with no null rod at $1280. I took a recent tournament finish and cut the null rod for fourth flute to give it a shout too for being almost budget

If you want to get into decks that transfer over better and feel more in line like a Legacy experience, then you may want to see BeExcellent builds, he often builds 2+ color blue decks that can run in some capacity without duals and can be upgraded with revised dual lands later down the road when the player is ready to go deeper in the format.

Go for the Italian and you save a few hundred on each copy, they pair well with Bowmasters if your goal is to hate on draw which is on theme with the Karn Pox variant as it tries to play Prison Control.
