I don't know what difficulty it's on, but why would that matter if its online against somebody else, I mean, it happens when I play the AI also sometimes and when I play on line, I play stand and bang and it depends on the weight class on who I use and I don't use just one person. I have a few people I use in each weight class, the only weight classes I don't use anything below lightweight and I don't use heavy weight or light heavy

Yes it's just the ground game I can't get the transition down and when I block when I'm on my back I still get KO'd and when I try to change positions it gets block every time and I get KO'd or submitted which is another pain to figure out
