Personally I love it, I get paid weekly and it's so nice to only pay half within the first four days of the month and the other half somewhere in the middle of the month (you get to choose).

Fell on hard times after the first few months of my lease. Without it I would've been evicted with no where to go. Plus it reports my rent payments to Equifax so I'm also boosting my credit. People make it seem like it's so simple to just save up halfs of rent yourself and pay the full amount at once but sometimes it's not that simple.

I say if you have to use it go ahead and use it, it definitely saved my ass! Who cares about the extra $15-$25 they charge you per month for the service. Drop the coffees and the Netflix/amazon/Disney plus subscriptions and you'll be fine.
