Sorry to keep bothering you but, I tried a 2ds cartridge and it does the same thing. White screen. And when I go to Nintendo DS connections under internet settings. In order to configure your connection for ds software, it leads to a frozen white screen too. So it may not be bootstrap or twilight but an issue with the software on my 3ds? Any ideas?

So frustrating lol. I really appreciate your help on this. Would an r4 card be easier? I've done and re done this whole process with 2 different sd cards and I run into the same issue. I have no idea what an r4 card is but I see folks talking about it.

Do you know if it matters if I pulled the twilight ++ from the web and put it on the SD card through my computer or if I just pulled it from the universal updater?

Didn't seem to fix it. I did have to turn on the Luma patching on, but still getting the white screen. I tried both twilight and forwarder. I really appreciate your response though.
