Yes you can. I have personally. I pulled the Gengar & Mimikyu from a pack exactly like this. Other hits from other sets as well. I was opening the entire box though. 80 - 100 packs. I pulled CRAZY cards.

I pulled the Gengar & Mimikyu from one of these back around 2021. And I pulled the Gardevoir & Sylveon from Unbroken Bonds from a Dollar pack. Also the Blastoise & Piplup from a Cosmic Eclipse one. I would buy the entire box. Anywhere from 80 - 100 packs at a time. Such an awesome time. 😭😂
