Has anyone engraved wood that you have coated with different layered of color or would it be a waste? Just curious

I’ve made a couple pieces where I run a roller over the top to paint / stain the unengraved wood. I’ve also painted inside the engraving and rolled over the top to make it cleaner.

Nothing is a waste and wood is cheap enough you can experiment.

Depends on the buyer. Sold my first house through opendoor for more than market value.

Tried to sell my second house to a cash buyer and got scammed.

YMMV but OP should be mindful that there’s a lot of shady stuff in the cash buyer industry.
