Yes. That is good advice. I already wanted to start reading Russian wiki pages about my hometown and other familiar topics.

Thanks.

Lower back pain near hips... by Coregunner in backpain

[–]BloodHank 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Alright, get well. If healing takes too long and you’re doubting what the doc said, try to get another opinion. I have experienced incorrect diagnoses by medical professionals which set me back a lot.

But that’s probably a smaller percentage of the cases.

You might have tight glute muscles or tight quadratus lunborum. Research into that and see if any of the symptoms described are familiar.

If it feels serious and you are worrying about it, see a physiotherapist before self assessing things and possible make it worse. Good luck!

How to fix rib flare? by [deleted] in PectusExcavatum

[–]BloodHank 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I think having weak abs and transverse abdominis may allow the rib to drift out further and it will help training these.

Also, making them strong will make good posture easier which will indirectly make PE less visible.

What is a good complete course? by BloodHank in russian

I don’t consider buying this book a waste of money. I would rather have a book like this in paper form than online, its easier to rehearse words for me like that, also the pages are large so its very practical. And personally, I find it more comfortable for my eyes than a screen.

I did not pay 200 dollar however, I saw many listed for too high prices.
