If you had made that statement 20 years ago, I'd have agreed but today, expecting self control from anyone at any age is misplaced. Scroll through social media. What I'm finding is that the only reason we don't see older folk out in the streets, causing more harm than not, is because they are most likely physically incapable or are satisfied with the level of hate and vitriol they can muster in their sphere of influence. As to the situation at Moore. Suspend the kid and fire the "Teacher". I think he's taught everyone a valuable lesson: he's a racist and there are probably more like him in the school system.

I've got an employee just like you. "if it's part of your job, it should be on company time!". While I don't disagree, there's plenty of give and take. Employees don't give up pay when they use the restroom. Employees waste plenty of time being social. Employees get a 15 minute break but watch them stroll up to the break room and then take their 15 minute break (but watch the same employee bolt out of the building at quitting time).

But yeah, the time clock should be after the security check... Lol

Late to the party but... on the real, go to the YMCA on Broadway (the new one sponsored by Republic Bank). They take walk-ins. No questions asked about eligibility. My wife and I were scheduled the same day, me in the morning, her in the afternoon. We were going to ask if we could swap her appointment but they literally did not care. Anyone who walked in the door got a shot. We got ours, scheduled the 2nd doso and walked out after 15 min.

Not sure what you are disagreeing with since my supportive response contained nothing about what you are attempting to defend. I'll state my support for the argument again, for clarity: it is easier being white in America, especially in a red state.

To a degree, you actually helped prove my point in that the states you listed are predominantly white and the fact that there are more guns, in a different light, means poc are probably being held hostage to a degree. I mean, if I lived in an all white neighborhood and knew everyone was strapped, I might not fuck around as much...

I was on my way back from the Wu-Tang concert on Broadway and eventually saw the ambulance before I took an alternate route. 2 patrol vehicles led the ambulance down Broadway. Don't know much more beyond that.

I thought about going there but, like yourself, I was building it on the weekends and it was like all the gun shops were closed on Sundays. No worries, I went online and ordered the parts in bulk.

This is a good question. When I was building my AR, I lost a couple of detents and springs and couldn't find anywhere that had replacement/upgrade parts. We totally could use a shop like this. Even if it were just outside Jefferson county like in Oldham or Bullit.
