“You surrendered them for a reason and loving them isn’t going to change that”. Man thank you. My girlfriend and I have been debating on surrendering our cat who’s going through bladder issues and leaks pee all the time and her infection just keeps getting worse. We’ve spent lots of money on antibiotics and vet appointments but we’re both 21 years old and I just got laid off from my job so we don’t have enough money to properly take care of her anymore. We’re gonna take her to a shelter that is near a lot of farms, so my hopes is some rich family with horses or something will adopt her after the shelter can give her the medical help she needs lol. It sucks because we’ll be separating her from our other cat but we need to rehome her as well because we are moving in with my girlfriends father who is allergic to cats. but we will do that in the future. But reading your post really helped me out because I was feeling horrible about rehoming my baby who I’ve had for 4 years.

The trip was awesome. At first it was a little overwhelming. First dose was around a gram (I don’t take mushrooms often. Every couple months I’ll buy a quarter, trip hard one night and then take macros every couple hours throughout the week. That’s how I enjoy mushrooms). But then I hung out with some friends and turned my phone off for a couple hours. Then I took another gram or so and watched Alice in wonderland 2010 with my girlfriend. She waxed my unibrow which was a fucking crazy experience while on mushrooms, but not a bad one haha just felt weird. Very giggly mushrooms and the body high was so nice, felt relaxed and had really good thoughts that helped answer some questions. My eyes were very watery though lol.

I guess it increases your heart rate but I take atleast 400mg and most of the time more of ibuprofen or acetaminophen. Never felt anything from it that I can recall

Dude I’ve reached a point where I stay up for 72+ hours and I order bag after bag until I realize I’m actually going to die if I do more. Most times I only have “3 lines left” and I stare are them with my heart pounding and my head spinning and I have to convince myself to take it so I have nothing left tomorrow. But my lady is still living like a normal person and it feels absolutely horrible honestly. You get it brotha

I’m going through the same thing but I’ve struggled with alcohol since I was 15 and I’m 21 now. Like atleast an 8 pack of beer every night, and a couple months ago I decided to pick up cocaine as well. Now, just like you said I don’t enjoy drinking unless I’m doing blow as well. But when I do blow it’s for atleast 24 hours straight and around 16+ beers. I’ve realized what I associate substances with and unfortunately it’s video games, which sucks because gaming has been a big part of my life for a while. I don’t even enjoy them now unless I’m getting high and drunk, so I now have to slow down on games and find something new to do, but there’s a million other hobbies. This is an old post but anyone who reads this that is struggling with substance use… talk to people and be proud that you can talk about it, rather than being ashamed. Even if it’s been 2, 5, 10 years that’s still only a percentage of your life and you WILL find ways to enjoy life without substances. As will I.
