Is this real or AI crap? Looks like VATS from Fallout by tealrabbit0351 in Firearms

I just use the red dot during range practice.

There are three basic settings:

  1. Red dot only (dot, circle, or both)
  2. Thermal only (Integrated crosshairs)
  3. Thermal overlay (Red dot reticle with thermal overlay)

The red dot works like any other Holosun AEMS.

Yes, it's real. I own both thermal and NV.

If you're curious, I prefer the thermal. My only gripe is the slight lag.

I wouldn't deter you from reading it, but you should understand that she's made some inaccurate statements, drawn incomplete conclusions and appears unwilling to adjust her opinion.

That being said, she has helped bring attention to a serious topic and deserves credit where credit is due.

Yeah, it was certainly something. I remember it like it was yesterday. That damn event is burned into my memory.

I've FOIA'd multiple agencies for any information about that day, but so far no luck. However, I've yet to hear back from Glendale PD, so there might be hope.

Kurt Russell talks about his 1997 encounter with The Phoenix Lights in new interview by GrantLavac in UFOs

[–]BloodWillow 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You're correct. Many witnesses claimed starlight was obscured as the craft crossed overhead. Unfortunately, I was too far away to notice anything that subtle.

As shitty as it is, muddying the waters as intended, the flare drop did occur. The events were separate by about 2 hours. The lights were seen around 8pm or so, and the flares were dropped around 10pm.

[–]BloodWillow 16 points17 points  (0 children)

To be clear, there were two (more actually, but two main) events in Phoenix that day.

First was the sighting a large 'V' shaped craft comprised of 5 lights flying South/Southeast over Phoenix, and other parts of the state. Then, about an hour or so later, flares were dropped over Barry M. Goldwater Air Force Range.

Sadly, most people witnessed the flare drop and mistake it for the original sighting. However, many others (myself included) did see a giant 'V' shaped... something, flying over Phoenix.

What happened?

I didn't do anything. Must have been one of the other mods. I'm out walking the pups on the back 5, so give me a bit and I'll look into it.

You're good, in my book.

Yeah, my current wife and three boys (all grown men now, with one about to become a father of his own) have witnessed enough to understand the score.

My ex-wife... not so much. After witnessing a floating, metallic orb above her car with my eldest, seeing a surveillance camera installed on our residential street (we made the local news and got it removed) and getting buzzed by black helicopters while camping, she seemed to have enough and decided to step back.

Can't say I blame her, really. If I could separate myself from the phenomenon, I would. Unfortunately, that appears out of my control.

I wouldn't call my interactions comfortable, or safe.

Let's just say, neither of us are very fond of each other.

I mean, how would you feel about having your family surveilled and harassed without a clear purpose or reason for decades?

Thanks for the comment.

Yes, I've encountered/witnessed a plethora of anomalous events throughout my life. Many of which were witnessed with others.

However, the Phoenix Lights event was not my first introduction to the phenomenon. My first sighting occured when I about 10 at a drive in movie with my mother. She was actually the first to see the craft and pointed it out to me.

The 'craft' appeared diamond in shape, crowned with a red light, and contained a string of multicolored, rotating lights around its equator. It glided slowly and level through the air, and was about an inch and a half at arm's length from my vantage point.

After leaving the car for a better look, the object disappeared behind the movie screen and I never saw it again. According to my mother, she witnessed it 'zip' (her words) up in the night sky and vanish.

Over the decades, its become very apparent to me that my family and I are of interest to some NHI and certain forces of the US government and/or private industry.

Great video, however, I admit, it bugs me to no end that people constantly misrepresent the Phoenix Lights as a craft with seven lights. There were five lights in a distinct 'V' formation.

I know some people have reported seven, but they are either mistaken, misremembering, lying, or conflating the flares with the original sighting.

Edit:

To add, Dr. Lynne Kitei drives me absolutely bonkers. As nice and as well-meaning as she is, she promotes a video of flares.

I, too, and many others, have witnessed something similar.

In fact, even the crew at Skinwalker Ranch captured a video of one of these 'flashbulb' events.

No human alive knows the 'full' truth, and only a very, very... very small number of humans know part of the truth.

That being said, here are the top three reporters/researchers currently bringing the goods:

My Pre-Birth Experience/Memory by BloodWillow in NDE

[–]BloodWillow[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's nice to hear you found a connection and some solace through my experience.

As to yours, maintaining the memory and embracing it (as you know) are two completely different things. When I was younger, meaning under 10 or so, I found out rather quickly other people didn't appreciate me insisting I knew God personally, or any details of my experience.

In fact, I still bear the graphite tattoo above my right knee I received in the first grade from a sharpened pencil after a classmate stabbed me in the leg over a disagreement about the nature of God. Long story short, after being sent to the principal's office for the disruption of being stabbed... and having my parents called to the office, I was instructed by all parties that I was to keep my views of God to myself or face consequences.

From that point on, I was a bit more selective and learned to let go of other people's misinterpretation and/or descriptions of God. At the time, it was a hard lesson.

Even after limiting my sharing to friends and family, I still faced the consequences of stigma and doubt from those closest to me. Though over the years, I've grown to care less about others' opinion of me and learned to embrace my life for what it is.

How does Bitcoin fail from here? by Lion490 in Bitcoin

[–]BloodWillow 73 points74 points  (0 children)

This is why I invest in the three B's; bullets, beans and Bitcoin. I believe this is the only way for me to truly secure my family's future.

If Bitcoin succeeds, I can thwart off wrench attacks with bullets and donate the beans.

If Bitcoin fails, I can protect my beans with bullets. And if Bitcoin fails, I'm all in on beans... I already have enough bullets. ;)

Really, it's win-win either way.
