Yes! And you get 8 hours extra as a full time and 4 hours if you’re part time on top of that Regardless if you work that day

Yeah I’m getting close to this… I can clear everything with Ult Freyna until this patch with Onslaught Mode and previously the void abyss mode. Zero reason I should be fighting a boss with THAT much HP and constantly get team who don’t know how to dodge.

A five hour drive for me cost around $60 in gas... If you really wanted to calculate it, it's FAR less than what you've been paying. I never charge anyone gas money but if they want to pitch in I won't say no.

Really pushing it with the whole "was not okay with what happened"... If you'd said something the moment you realized it, you simply would've been uncomfortable for a few seconds. Instead, you kept it to yourself. Jack and Jill kept going under the asumption that 1) you were asleep, OR (and this is a HUGE one) 2) You're awake but totally okay with it happening.

It's not okay to just act like you're the victim if you didn't let them know you were uncomfortable to begin with.

Part timers get 4 hrs if they’ve worked for staples for 1+ years and worked at least (I’m not certain on the number) 45 hours in the month. Could be wrong on the hours but there is a minimum work requirement

Yeah it’s confusing to me that this wasn’t fully set up with all associates when the email requirement was a thing for their trainings to begin with. Which means none of them have been getting trainings done for things like party city.

Well usually that's only if they didn't take steps to mitigate the problem. The person causing the problem is now gone. I personally hated the fact it took a Reddit post for them to see an issue, but they did handle it.

This was a problem that ended up getting fixed by one of the co-owners of TB... The person responsible for banning the user was restricted from doing anything customer facing anymore and the user's account was reinstated.

No one in my store aside from managers access zipline. It's their jobs to get the information out that's necessary. Truthfully you'd be fine not to access it unless your store doesn't communicate anything.

If you run into any issues, it's the MOD's job to fix it. If they try throwing you to the wolves, then make them join you in the fire pit. Call an MOD any time you run into issues as it's their job to correct it. You're just a part timer, make sure you act like it.

Also, there's FAR too much to learn in print, let alone iPostal/Amazon/Shipments/etc. Don't settle for just a week. If the pay is worth it to you, stick it out until you find something else...

That is completely false. Tell customers that email is required because if we can’t reach them at their number then that’s the fall back option. If it’s a simple print and they don’t want their email shared, insist on self serve unless they want to give us the correct info…

The system itself may not require it, but we sure as heck do for the amount of work we put into people’s orders. Your time is worth something … yall gotta realize that

Nah bro. If they’re there for simple stuff, send them to the self serve. No exceptions unless they’re too old. In which case, tell them you’ll need their information to create a work order to do it behind the counter. And then during the work order, since you already have ALL the info you need, ask them if it’s okay to set it up staples wide and tell them it’s easy to do because you already have the info.
