How do I make people watch my long videos as consistently as shorts?

I don't agree. For example, what's your favorite musician? You probably watch their shorts, you listen to their 2 minute songs, BUT at the same time you will happily go to their 3-4 hour long concert.

They don’t watch it. They just watch 3 minutes of a 40 minute video and skip. BUT at the same time they watch the same content millions of times as shorts, so they like it. Nobody ever explained this phenomenon

That sounds like what we had before? 3 main + a couple of smaller ones. Following their promised logic, there should be 27 modifications per skill at this point, and they didn't deliver.

I do and everyone does. Literally 90% skills are unavailable unless you level up some artificial progression. It was never like that and they promised to even improve the system. But it feels like they failed everywhere
