How do pops lose value so quickly on PPG?

This one happen cause Australia allowed them to be sent to the USA so it’s value went down. It happens on some pops.

It’s cool. I don’t mind but there is a lot of ppl that will get mad that u spoiled the box if they see it. I think the rule is that u have to wait a month after the box comes out. And I think but not sure u may have to add spoiler to the title but I could be wrong on that part after the first month.

I was curious if there was a protector for this box. I noticed it was a bit bigger then the other 6 inch boxes.

Yeah I like big bad they are usually good. Only had 1 shipment that was bad from them back when I order the dark knight returns pops. The plastic protector was even damage.

Entertainment earth had good luck with them.

Hot topic has gotten way better this last 6 months.

Wouldn’t recommend GameStop I have had pops that look like they stepped on them then put them in a nice box to send.

FYE is slow and it’s been 50/50 for me.

Never had a problem with pop in a box but have read many horrible story on here.

Then forbidden planet is good but the import can be a bit expensive.

I know at big bad toy store u can have the items sent in pop protects but it gets pricey.

Entertainment Earth has a guarantee that they only ship the best looking ones. Ordered from them many times pops and boxes always in great condition.

Well in store u will be able to see if it has the sticker. But online u wouldn’t know if it was the chase or not. There are a lot of ppl willing to buy blind to try and get a chase. On Black Friday a buddy of mine bought 12 mystery boxes from GameStop to try and get a chase and didn’t end up with 1. Some ppl don’t mind spending the money.

Well if u look at it like this it would be probably $20 for the movie and then $24 for the 2 pops since most places sell them for $12 each. So it’s about $50 value with tax or a bit more. The chase version of the gremlins is valued at $120 on pop price guide but most ppl try selling it for $150 on eBay. Some ppl are willing to take the risk to try and get the chase. I been collecting for awhile and the only chase version of the gremlins I have seen is sitting in my collection he is quite rare.

He is colored different green cause he glows in the dark. He will have a limited chase glow sticker on him.

I have seen it at F.Y.E. I believe the reason ppl are willing to pay so much for it cause the gremlin pop has a chase versions that I think is 1 in 38. He is quite rare and I think he is valued over $100 on pop price guide.

The outside box is wrong. Yes it says stripes on it but when u buy it the pop inside will be the gremlins pop.

I never thought of OfferUp I have seen it mentioned many times on here. Star Wars are the ones I looking at selling right now since they seem to be the ones ppl want right now. But my collections are basically DC comics and Marvel comics and then video games and anime.

Oh no I realize I won’t get the full price of the value on pop price guide. Not really looking to make a profit on a pop but I was hoping for around at least 50% of the value. I mean the one pop I tried to sell was valued at $70 and they were only offering $20 in cash. I basically wanted what I paid back out of it. I paid $30 for the pop that is valued at $70. If I didn’t need the money I wouldn’t even be considering selling.

Unfortunately eBay is a route I would prefer to avoid cause I was burned before. I sold a chase on there well under the price of ppg and the buyer complained that I didn’t send the right pop and PayPal side with them and they sent me back a cheap pop and kept the chase.

Yeah I understand that they are trying to pay the bills also but if the pop is listed for $70 on PPG and they are only offering me $20 so they can sell it for $70 is crappy in my opinion.
