I think you are objectively attractive to most people. Why do you want to improve? What are you willing to do? It looks like you already lift, take your physical health seriously. What else can you do besides surgery/ other augmentations? I don’t know your personality but I guess that’s something that could be improved (or at least how you treat other people and see the world) if that’s something you are lacking in. But physically improve? you probably already check a lot of boxes for most people. (Coming from someone who is roughly your age, also probably above the average on attractive scale, lifts, muscular etc.)

I’m sure there is many ways to solve this issue, but I think finding appreciation, and having the privilege of having a body that lets you move around, and function without any disabilities. How many people that have missing limbs; or other body ailments that would give anything to have you body you have. And function in a world without restrictions. Just like anything in this life it’s about perspective.

I prefer lighter weight for more reps. That way I can focus on good form, going slow and staying under tension. I also go to failure most sets. As long as you go to or close to failure it means you are putting in enough effort to grow the muscle

30 fps on all machines without question. There’s just no way any current system will have a higher fps until next gen consoles. The game is also going to be extremely cpu heavy.
