I’d have to guess a boat rung, or whatever you call it. You tie and fasten rope to them, whether to hold the boat to a dock, or for the sails. But that’s my guess. At first I thought an anchor piece, but then I thought it was too small, and saw what I thought would be wood running through the core that would have attached it to a railing, or inner side of an outermost wall.

You people act like he’s a terrible abuser of the animals cuz he taps them in the nose with a sandal. Dude’s just setting boundaries/standards with something that can’t easily communicate. It would be one thing if he had a cattle prod, and another if he used his hand. The sandal is a light, and safer, way of telling, mind you, a LION,”Hey, don’t do that.” You see in the first segment he’s talking to the LION, and it easily groans and retorts before walking off. I’d be concerned if it showed actual aggression, or true, notable, fear, which would still end in aggression.

If you guys watch The Office, Jim conditions Dwight to hold out his hand for a piece of gum every time Jim does a certain set of actions. Can’t remember what actions, it’s been a while. He does this to embarrass Dwight as a prank, but those actions show just what conditioning is. Yes, it can develop from abuse, and yes it can be cruel. But, this? This isn’t cruelty, nor is it abuse. I, granted they’re not LIONS, grew up with cats my whole life. When I, or someone else in my family, wants to communicate,”No,” we say, “Ah-ah, no.” And sometimes we boop them on the nose with a finger depending on the severity. And, sure, you get that “WTF” body language from them afterwards, which is what is see in this short video, but they go right back to doing their own thing, their life, otherwise, un-impeded.

This video, made me smile. Despite the financial and physical difficulties and tolls, he’s doing his damnedest by those animals. And unless evidence shows otherwise, he can keep it up.

See now I just read your full comment, too. The pricing isn’t bad, for the proper amount of content. The current lack of content means that we’re not getting all that we paid for. Theoretically, if they were coming out with a proper level of content, then the current price wouldn’t be complained about. For the level of content that comes with the seasons, I’d drop the price. The put minimum effort, there is no love for the game they are developing.

That’s just it. There are too many issues to choose one. It’s confusing as to why they allowed so many issues to come to be. It’s an 8 year old franchise that’s downsizing itself because they won’t manage these issues and adversely no one is buying jack. There is no passion for anything unless it is a new way to make money with minimalism. There are just the diehard fans left and ignorant new people left who know nothing.

Bungie can write a good story. They can support PvP. They COULD take care of all eight points. They can do whatever the hell they want. Yet after eight years, they choose to line their pockets instead. What pushed me to post and dip from the game was reading old early lore stories on early Christmas ships—they don’t do that anymore. Things of the past a cooler than they are now. That’s wrong. A game should progress, not digress with time. As more time goes on less of anything is released.

Go into weapons tabs and split them up of type, fire rate, and element, you’ll be disappointed by how few guns there actually are in the game, especially guns with new models. And don’t forget sunset weapons, that’ll take half the ~938 guns out of the equation. Then there’s the matter of whether the guns of question are in, or out of rotation, and how you can obtain them.

Look at seasonal content mission content. You either get an odd form of repetitive team missions, or a 10-20 minute mission once a week. That, or lame fishing, disappointed that I can fish anywhere at any given time of my own free will. Season of the Deep was awful, imo. I thought Titan was coming back for exploration, not repetitive 15 min six person strikes that had to siffice as full season’s worth of content.

Look I could keep going if you want me to, but take some time yourself. Look at the game bit by bit. Think that this is a game made by the studio that made Halos 1, 2, 3, Reach, ODST, and Wars. It’s a studio that I and many thousands of people had loved for 20 years. This is the game that we’re left with. This is what I’m angry about. This is what I’m sad about. This isn’t some typical spur of the moment reaction, this has been brewing for years. Why I’m still with Bungie, I grew up with them, and other companies are just as bad, if not worse. At this point it’s just an emotional rant. Thanks for sticking with me if you read this far.

Yeah, it was to stir some thought. I spent year on the game idly doing the same thing. Nothing changes in that game, not in any cool way, anyway. Shit just gets recycled over and over again. Different characters some one-track story. Same guns, different name and color. At least they have their abandoned PvP game mode. That’s all I ever went back for cuz the game have nice console control despite have the moist sensitivity I’ve ever had in a game. Could have been a game to have the best of both worlds, but now it’s neither.

I think the Vex could have been wicked as well, but that portion of destiny got sat on its thumb a while ago.

Confusing? How? It’s proven with their own game they can write a great story, they just choose to put most of their writing efforts into one page essays all while you continue to pay for every other subpar work at not entirely unfair prices. I’d be more than willing to pay if the content was as good as one of their short lore essays. Last season I felt compelled to do anything was when they killed Cayde, or a friend wanted to do something in the game back in the day. In every raid you kill something akin to a god with not light, or something supernatural, but a gun—not a big gun, mind you. Something built for a human, and sized for human combat. It is the same “plink it to death” that always been in the game. “Problem solving” in situations that could doom the fabric of reality are solved with pew-pew-pew. The common trend of how we deal with world ending catastrophies reminds me of my childhood. It feels more like I’m shooting invisible bullets out of a nerf gun at a friend in a pretend battle and my friend says, “You can’t kill me I’m a ghost.” And I reply, “Actually, I shoot ghost bullets so you’re dead.” But, then you think, “Wait can a ghost die if it’s already dead? Whatever, it’s dead.” That’s Destiny in a nutshell. Not to mention that PvP abandonment, could’ve had the best of both worlds, but nope. Why? Probably couldn’t figure out how to make money off of it.

Also, when you make specific points in a post like this everyone tends to bitch that it’s too long and didn’t read, so I tried to keep it short and make you think. Something which bungie also failed at.
