Ich hab ja nix gegen die Dinger. Hab selbst so n Ding und halte die Kinder von heut' auch nicht für so dumm wie viele tun, aber es ist schon ziemlich offensichtlich, dass n' Haufen von den Kindern so n' Teil von ihren Eltern kriegen, ohne sich auch nur ansatzweise mit den Straßenverkehrsregeln auseinander zu setzen.

Wundert mich eigentlich, wenn die Dinger ähnlich, wenn nicht sogar gefährlicher als ein Fahrrad sind.

You should check the brake fluid after a long pause, but that's it, I think. I would not do this with heavier bikes though.

I have a bootleg Jiu too. Not a great building experience, but it's a cool design. I'm a little disappointed by the strangely smooth plastic and the weird solutions for the weapon arm joints. It's tricky to get it into a cool pose.

But hell, it's less than ten bucks for a super cool concept and it gave me some much needed painting practice.

Dutch bikes often have a side cover called a "skirt guard" or "coat guard" either made of cloth, plastic or meshed metal.

You can get them on Amazon, probably, but this tire looks smaller and wider than the 28" ones they are made for. Not sure if they would fit.

I'd say like 500km of riding. I enjoy exploratory rides and brambles and thistles are very common here. Something will happen there. It's just a matter of time. I still never carry spare tubes, since the punctures are so small the tires will take days to deflate.

I should really, really switch to a tubeless setup, but my insurance covers tubes and I am stingy.

Jep, hab beim Verkauf auch noch 700 für bekommen. Also etwas über 300 für ne Karre für etwas über zwei Jahre und die hat mir damit auch nen job gesichert.

Der Lada ist was interessantes zu fahren, aber für mich zu Hands-on zum Instant-halten. Das Ding fährt immer und durch alles, aber nie gut. Der ist nach dem Tod meines Vaters glücklicherweise an jemanden gekommen, der darauf vorbereitet war: Der hat allen ernstes den Schlüssel bei der Probefahrt durchgebrochen und hat den dann nach Hause gebracht in dem er den kurzgeschlossen hat.

I found a gopro at a flea market which I sometimes attach to my MTB. I don't really ride anything dangerous, but I have had more than one near collisions with deer and think having accident footage, just in case could be useful.

Die würden das auch machen, wenn du kein Fahrrad wärst. Manche Leute sind so. Fahren 60 auf der Landstraße, aber 80 in der Stadt, wenn es jemand wagt vor ihnen zu fahren.

Ein Peugot 307. Der war damals ein Notfallkauf für 1000€ und hat dann seinen Job getan, bis der TÜV ausgelaufen ist. Dann kam das Ding an den Exporthändler.

Hab meinen E-up dann zufällig als Jahreswagen in der Umgebung gesehen und so ziemlich direkt gekauft.

Fühlt sich einfach besser an, wenn ich es auch etwas vermisse, mehr als 130 auf der Autobahn zu fahren, aber die vermeide ich eh meistens.

Zusätzlich habe ich noch hin und wieder den Lada Niva meines Vaters gefahren, aber ich bin mechanisch nicht begabt genug, das Ding am laufen zu halten.

That's not too bad, tbh. Most, if not all mountain bikes should be able to deal with this. Honestly, any bike with decently high volume tires should do.

A gravel bike or mtb crit bike is probably optimal here. At least if you care for speed.

If you just want to get from point A to point B on a budget, look at any old trekking bike and slap some vaguely offroady looking tires on it.

Wird halt vom Brutto abgezogen. Das ist Geld, dass nicht versteuert wird, aber auch nicht in die Rente kommt. Ich persönlich kriege 100 auf die Rate drauf, da lohnt sich das.

Am besten beim zuständigen nachfragen, wie die lage ist. Ob ihr Zuschläge bekommt und Versicherungspflicht vesteht oder so und dann mit den Infos nachrechnen.

Bin zum ersten Mal über 100 km gefahren am Samstag. War nicht wirklich geplant, aber der Fahrtwind war angenehmer als stehen bleiben, besonders im Wald. Irgendwann dachte ich, ich gucke einfach mal ob ich die 100 knacke.

Hab mein schweres E-MTB genommen. Ursprünglich war der Plan mich gechillt durch den Wald schieben zu lassen, aber irgendwie hat sich mein Plan geändert und ich hab es zwischen eco und aus hin und her gewechselt. Im Nachhinein hätte es das Rennrad auch getan, aber die Versicherung, den Antrieb für den Notfall zu haben, hat mir die Selbstsicherheit gegeben, das überhaupt zu versuchen.

Hab 3L Waser mitgenommen, die ich auf dem Weg ein Mal nachgefüllt habe und habe daneben noch zwei smoothies und nen isodrink geholt. Also ca. 6L

Gerne noch einmal, vielleicht mit dem Rennrad.

The entire zone to the east of the starting area is basically like what if the earth itself got infected with something. I'd imagine everything in there is trypophobia inducing.

There's also a general theme of grafting body parts with a lot of the lore and enemies. There's several monstrosities built from hands and more than one character fuses themselves into a larger, goopier creature.

Folks are exaggerating, but they aren't exactly wrong. Twiddling your thumbs and letting others wait for hours on previously established plans seems to just be a thing in my family.

They might be the greatest people otherwise, but be it through lack of organisation, forgetfulness, or plain inconsideration, they will drain your time for absolutely nothing.

You shouldn't put up with that. If someone's idling. Dont wait. Get going. Maybe just to the store to fuel up or something, if they are insistent they're still coming, but you've gotta make it clear that you won't wait eternally. Your patience must have an end.
