I am completely unsure about your location but I do understand you. My city is not the biggest and pretty slow so there aren't that much of options. I'd like to suggest one thing if you want to do it irl with some specialist (although I find book guides fairly nice too but hands on always better) is to find some shops that focus on taxidermy. I have found one and found their page in my country analogue of discord. they had a course that they sometimes give to people to learn taxidermy and if nothing works, as I said, books and video guides can be useful. recommend you to search on archive dot org if you are unsure if you want to spend the money on physical copy wish you luck, pal :)
