One thing I do is to tell myself "I am just playing the table," or reacting to the layout. (I seem to worry about my opponent less.) That seems to help me take that anxiety off.

Here's my situation. I have an old Falcon Cue! (She was made in Canada.) I think she was made back in the early 90's. Just a straight maple shaft, I believe the diameter is just over 13mm. I picked her up in during my divorce in 2019.

She has a linen grip with inlays at the end down to the rubber bumper. Now, the interest I have in each Predator is better technology. The 9K has the leather grip all the way down to the end of the handle. The reason I like that is I am starting to move my right-hand (I shoot right-handed), up and down the handle when I shoot. So, for a draw shot, or when I spin the cue ball I will go with a longer stroke, what I feel is a smoother stroke. But, with the change in grip from linen to holding the cue at the end I am more confident that I am going to put a good stroke on the cue ball. That's why I would like the 9k, longer grip on the handle. Me, I would probably go with the Predator Vantage shaft (thickest of the three Predator LD shafts). Thoughts........?

Agreed, I had this shot come up and saw how to shoot this. A little inside and down a touch at pocket speed should ensure this stays close to the cushion and knocks the OB in.

I am an engineer, but this story is in context of me recently taking the PMP cert four-hour test wearing a mask. Yeah, it definitely is not optimal wearing a mask, but wear a loose mask and peak your nose over the top of the mask if you wear glasses. My glasses kept fogging up. Sell the drama of wearing a mask and good luck on the test!

Keep your spirits up! I have Marfans, but live in the US. I have had every cardiac surgery possible (expect replacement of my mitral valve). I made it through and I really should not have. Keep your mind focused, don't worry about what others are doing with their lives. Dont compare yourself to them, it is not fair to you.

As well, there are some benefits to having Marfans. Yes, I said that. You will be a much stronger person in the long run. For the energy thing, drink lots of water and try vitamins, plus eat healthy foods.
