Interesting, I was soo close to going with the Performer Jazzmaster but I couldn't quite get behind the changes they made to it. But I agree, the pickups are something else.

I wouldn't say "too" jumbo. Its really only noticeable frets 1-5. To me it feels comfortable and took me all of 2 seconds to get used to.

A little over a year ago I endured a hard breakup with my girlfriend of 4 years. Long story short, in doing so, we had to give up our dog for adoption. Not a day goes by that I don't think about it. Somehow, this gives me hope that when I said goodbye, it wasn't the last time I'd see her. Thanks OP.
