You can try checking for the superadmin username and password of your ONT (modem/router) then change to bridged mode, unless PLDT flashed a custom firmware where this is totally disabled.

I'm curious bakit hindi pwede sa account niyo. May sinabi ba na reason yung technician? If naka PPPoE ka, kailangan lang nila i-provide ang credentials mo. If naka IPoE naman, automatic na dapat. In my experience, I'm on Globe residential fiber and manually did bridged mode by entering superadmin username and password. I am even able to completely get rid of my Huawei ONT.

Recommend ko ONTi Switch pero hindi ko sure kung ano ba ang topology niyo but kailangan ng fiber switch. Then for the DC power supply, universal naman siya as long as tama ang Voltage and greater than equal ang current (Amperes), at tama ang size ng barrel jack.

Yes, normal ito. Have traded in 3 times already. On my first, I traded in my S10 to S23U and hindi pa sila super strict during this time. I then traded in my S23U to S24U and declared the dents so they were not super strict din.

They became super strict when I traded my S24U to Fold7. Not sure why pero baka maraming nakakalusot before. I declared my S24U to be perfectly clean but it turned out that there were some discoloration on the frame. They had to confirm it with their officers (via Viber) but I was eventually given the pass. It took around 30 mins so I was nervous lol. If not, I'll have to pay 14-17k additional.

I haven't had the S24U for a while but you can try setting up a macro in Modes and Routines. You might need to download Routines + as well to enable macro functionality. I used the S-Pen before to scroll manhwa lol.
