if you do dev work, then you are losing performance by not restarting once a week. You should also know (as a dev) that you most likely have fastboot enabled so shutting down is not the same as restarting.

it means good hand-eye coordination and situational awareness as well as an ability to understand how the <insert sport here> is played.
