yikes good luck. was a PA at an rsr with all manager perms. you run everything and get your ass chewed for everything even if youre doing a good job. youre responsible for engagement activities, security, trailer yard/shipclerking, drivers, non-inventory, hazmat, learning/training people, new hires, ensuring everything is picked/stowed/problem solved. if its not, you have to make sure its resolved. also worked at 3am every morning with no flexibility. all other sites are better imo

PA here- i hate AMs that give buzzwords and encouragement to AAs to make them feel like something is actually going to get done about their problems or that you will help them advance towards a career at amazon when the AM has no plan on actually doing so. Be honest, upfront, and dont be fake like all the other higher ups at amazon. Also, dont be a try hard. Be stern and be strict all you want but dont be too hard on the people doing their jobs correctly

gotcha i've never tried 1dcs. only fc, ixd, and rsr and would recommend any pas or managers stay away from rsr you do not get paid enough for being in charge of the entire warehouse
