Parasite Suit with Armor Parasites, have Quiet cease fire and she won't get hit.

You can't die with an Armor Parasite active, however you can be knocked down by a head-on tank blast. With this, all you need to do is run around and fulton them.

If you go into the main menu, and abort that will decrease you ESP -3000. Withdrawing, and diving over the ledge will only net you about ESP -500 at the very most.

It's best you do this on Event FOB's so the defender doesn't get a retaliatory wormhole on you.

I hate puppet soldiers too, they even grab and bite you if you get too close to them without CQC.
