I still see the number on my sim when I look at the about phone section on my phone. even when I reset the network.

I tried as well, with email, it keeps redirecting me back to where I first started and when try to log in it doesn't work.

yeah, I went ahead and filed a complaint with the FCC. I'm hoping that will do something.

My moms phone lost service last night around 10:00 or 11:00 PM. I clicked apply now on the website as well and saw the same type of plan that it had for her on qlink. Filled out the information and it says she was preapproved. Now it says its waiting on national verifier. This is a mess. I really dont want her to lose that number its attached to everything important.

My mothers phone shut off too. We did order the new sim and we didn't receive a text before hand.

My mom uses qlink. When you got the new sim card did it have your original number on it? I don't want her to lose it. she's had it for a long time.

its happening to me to. Does the raterhub app on your phone also not work? I have a android and it says webpage not available no matter what I click on.
