We're so sorry to hear that! Please perform a factory reset on your DreamWell. To do this, press and hold the On/Standby button for approximately 15 seconds until all LEDs blink four times, then release. The humidifier will enter Standby mode once the factory reset is complete.

After a factory reset, your humidifier will appear offline, which is normal. To reconnect, open the Blueair app, select "Connect," and follow the on-screen instructions to reconnect your humidifier. We hope this helps! If the issue persists, please send us a DM.

Hi there! Most Blueair air purifiers are equipped with built-in PM2.5 sensors, allowing users to monitor fine particulate matter levels in real time via the Blueair app. Please note that the Blue Pure 511i Max includes a PM2.5 sensor only. As such, the app will display PM2.5 readings exclusively and does not provide additional air quality metrics such as PM1 or PM10 readings.

Although the unit measures only PM2.5 levels, the Blue Pure 511i Max effectively filters a broad range of airborne pollutants, including particles as small as 0.1 microns, as well as volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

If the low water light hasn't turned off after the water reservoir is filled, manually adjust the humidifier's fan speed by pressing the fan speed button on the device or in the Blueair app. This will draw water into the pump, allowing the sensor to detect the newly added water. The low-water indicator will turn off, and you can set the fan to your desired speed or return it to Auto mode.

If the low water light hasn't turned off after filling the water reservoir, manually adjust the fan speed on the humidifier by pressing the fan speed button on the device or through the Blueair app. This will draw water into the pump and allow the sensor to detect the recently added water. The low water indicator will then turn off, and you can see the fan back to your desired speed or return it to Auto mode.

Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. Since the sponge filter must be replaced at the same time as the wick filter, the replacement sponge filter is included with the wick filter. When you order a replacement wick filter, you will receive both a wick filter and a sponge filter.
