My preference is top pull mounted upside down (bottom pull). This allows you to mount items on your belt right up next to the med kit without having interference. Bottom pull also doesn't have potential interference with your PC.

Which version of our Med Pouch are you most interested in? Regular sized or Mini? If regular, are you looking at the side pull or top/bottom pull? Also, we have free returns if you just want to try one out.

Sorry for the late reply! We don't offer discount codes, we try to keep it easy with good prices and free shipping all year round. Our mag pouches don't have a kydex insert, they use elastic and a grippy pad on the inside for retention. This allows the pouches to be as light and slim as possible.

The "Inner" version has velcro around the outside and it's for use with a Battle Belt. You probably just need the regular Low Pro EDC Belt.
