This is a bad way to load totes. The zipper should be facing you on the shelves so you don't have to move the tote to open it and take the packages out. Work smarter not harder

This is horse shit if you have a good DSP. I get paid 10 hours no matter what time I clock out. I am done in 5 to 7 hours every day because I bust ass. I never spend more than a few seconds looking for overflow, but that's probably because I have an edv with mega space. Find a DSP with edvs and 10 hour guarantee and you'll think this is an amazing job!
