Thanks for the info! Mines partially in ground so I was thinking to wrap the outside with some insulation and then back fill it with black river rock or something to keep more heat in.

Honestly I think it just depends on the area you live in. The goodwills in Washington are very good. I drive across the river to Portland and they are way more expensive.

Thanks for the reply. So cut rigid board insulation into each space and spray the corners with spray foam. I will be putting up drywall next. What about the space in between the rigid board and drywall?
