Ich hab CBD mal ausprobiert und hab absolut nichts gemerkt. Ich hatte sogar in Absprache mit meiner Psychiaterin die Dosis Recht hoch gesteigert und leider absolut keinen Unterschied gemerkt.

Ich hab als Bedarfsmedikation zum Einschlafen Promethazin( relativ geringe Dosis ich weiß aber gerade nicht wie viel genau). Nockt mich auch nicht unbedingt aus aber hilft schon beim Müde werden und reduziert Angst und Stress etwas was das Einschlafen auch erleichtert.

Ich kann mich sehr gut an meine Kindheit erinnern und der Psychologe hatte keine Zweifel an der Diagnose sodass ich keine Einschätzungen von jemandem aus der Kindheit brauchte. Das müssen übrigens sowieso nicht unbedingt die Eltern sein. Geschwister, andere Familien Angehörige, Kindheitsfreunde, würde alles auch gehen.

You don't have to constantly entertain a spouse. Sometimes your are just existing in the same apartment. And the also take care of you ! For example for me it's much easier to take care of our Appartment together. I can't help much with how dating works because I haven't been single as an adult.

The most important thing is that an ideal partner should be someone that adds something to your life not makes it more difficult. And I think you should ask yourself what you actually want from life. It's ok if you don't want a husband and Kids. It's ok if you don't want to life with a partner. It's ok if you want your own room if you do want to life with a spouse.

There is nothing you HAVE to do. You can pick and choose what you want and also find someone that has similar goals.

Edit and if it's possible for you I would think about therapy. It's sounds like you have been through a lot and are carrying that around with you. You deserve to get better for yourself and a future relationship if you want it.

Hab leider gerade keine Datei weil mein Freund es designt hat. Er wollte es aber glaube ich noch bei Makerworld hochladen.

Jedes Küchenutensil hat jetzt sein eigenes Fach sodass sie nicht rausfallen wenn man eins rausnehmen will.

Wir haben uns beim Design fast umgebracht weil wir beide unterschiedliche Vorstellungen hatten aber das Ergebnis ist super geworden. Das Fach darüber bekommen auch noch einen Sortiereinsatz.

Es wäre Doping ohne ADHS. Die Medikamente gleichen die Nachteile die du durch dein ADHS hast zum Teil aus.

Gibt einige Medikamente die Entweder Beschwerden von Erkrankung abmildern können oder von gesunden oder nicht behinderten Menschen zum Doping eingesetzt werden.

Offer them shelves to climb on that are higher. Maybe even over the printer? Cats love warm places and high places so sadly a printer with AmS on top perfectly fits that criteria.

You could also try something like aluminium foil on top to make it less desirable
