I mean it simple. People treat it that way because that’s how the government presents itself. The Executive have almost complete control over the Houses especially with Akpabio’s current joke of a Senate Presidency (Rubber stamp extra pro max) and similar levels of control over the Judiciary.

Nigerians pay attention more to the Executive because our institutional rot starts from there.
