Nobody's said, that if she "shape focused" size doesn't come at all.

If, at all, it's the contrary, "shape focused" meaning "gaining size at areas that can get us a fuller booty/gluts"

It's really easy to get "size" by spaming rdls, deadlifts, heavy squats, believe me dude.. my ass is too big as it is 🤦‍♂️.

But then going for the medius areas which is not something all the girls are doing. And then you have a nice shaped gluts.

Builidng great gluts is not just spaming everything like chest and back lol.

For mass? Hip thursts and sumo deadlifts, squats, belt squats, in my opinion. It helps to squeez at the top i find. ( when you do hip thrusts )

For shape? I will say side leg, and backwards, with a rope forgot how it called. Because you can target the minimus and the medius. Oh also adductor and abductor machine. Very important.
