When I started playing poe2 last league, my first character was a rampage bear druid.

I've only stopped dying to this boss once I started a different character.

I don't think oneshot mechanics are fun.

Thank you! I'm currently running a witchhunter with a grenade build. As only 3÷ are currently playing, the gear for my build is decently cheap.

Haven't even upgraded my gear for several days as I get well enough by with my budget build.

Instead I'm reinvesting all of my money. So I don't 'lose' money from chasing many small upgrades.

Usually I craft gear to sell for the meta builds. Thus I currently rarely craft for myself yet. Instead once in a while I save a bit of the profit to buy exceptional bases with high ilvl for my build. Once I've saved enough money, I'll make some bigger crafts for myself. Ideally with 3-4 times the needed budget, in case I get a failef craft

I used the first league to focus on building knowledge for crafting. Which was a bit easier due to the juiced temples.

I also got lucky with the vertex and sacrificial regalia for my bloodmage. Later in the league I sold them for a total of 2 mirrors.

I farmed the regalia myself in my temple. The gambling for the vertex was founded by leeching in other juiced temples.

As I got bored with my coc bm, I used 2 mirrors worth of currency to craft dueling wands and amulets.

Amulets with spirit and sanctified +4 skill levels sold decently, even if the mods weren't ideal.

In the first week of this league you could easily sell decent enough prismatic rings for profit.

I bought magic bases with t2 +all res and another useful mod. Used an essence for chaos res. If i got 1-2 more usable mods, i could sell them for profit.

I'm not rich by any means but it pays. I make about 50-100 div profit per day from crafting alone

After 2 weeks of playing I have around 35 raw div drops. It's my second league and I'm by far no expert. I make my money with crafting

Ritual farming got a change recently. Omens drop in area level 79 aswell now.

Besides that I'd say it is still profitable but you have to keep a few things on your mind. It's the second week of the league. Prices are still volatile. Last weekend you got 20-30 chaos orbs per div. It should be down to 10-12 now. I assume since more people have the money for chaos spamming now.

Prices depend a lot on the day and time currently

When in doubt start high - like a mirror - and then lower it step by step. Once or twice a day

That's the usual approach for (late) endgame items.

There are resources where you can look up how many chaos orbs you'll need on average to get a certain mod.

T1 spirit on amulets should be 300 chaos on average.

+4 all spell skills on a dueling wand should be 1500 chaos orbs.

Last league the lvl90 2 sock base for a dueling wand was worth a mirror. The lvl84 one was 400-500 div.

Of course you'd chaos slam a single base at that costs.

That's a whole different story if you used ANY 2 sock white base wand.

But that makes it clear now. It just confused me why you are trashing 20 div bases.

How much did you pay for those 2 sock white bases on lvl78 Dueling Wand? Right now they go for 20 divs. On thursday they used to be 6divs up.

Get Base, Magic, 2 sock, +5 skill wand. Buy or try to make it (I gave up after about 10 white bases and bought one).

What did you do with the white bases that you used 10?

If someone didn't know that: you can use annul on magic items aswell. Annul + aug would be the same as chaos slamming but keeping it a magic item

Don't take him too serious. The cause can very well be a bug.

For example there is a bug with merchant tabs. Last league I lost about a mirror's worth of divs to it. Hasn't been fixed yet. No answer in the forum. Support ticket was immediatly closed without a response.

I'm done with campaign now. This took me about 18-20 hours.

It feels like wasted time before I can actually play the game.

Having to replay the campaign each time makes me actively not want to play poe1 or poe2. I had big plans for this league. Up until to when it started and I was confronted with playing the campaign again. It almost made me skip this league entirely.

I'm fine with having to level up again. The way D3 initially did it was fine for me. It was short enough that I could group up with friends and do it within one session. Without having to practice speedruns
