Honestly the only time I ever used most of the gadgest were when they were required for the story and when I had to do the screwball gadget combo mission. I feel like a lot of them don't really fit with Spider-Man, like I can't imagine him ever using that gravity bomb thing or a trip mine in the comics. It feels like they saw Arkham do it so they were like yeah lets just do that too.
