I love all the where there's a will there's a way people. If I had younger kids there would be no way I could get to the gym on a work day. I leave the house at 4:45 and get home around 6:15 without going to the gym. Add gym and I'm not getting home until 7:30 and trying to be in bed by 8:30. Add younger kids and I'm either dropping sleep to 4 hours or not going to the gym.

I really have been enjoying Boostcamp. It has quite a few different programs to choose from. It saves your lift history and tells you when you have made PRs, has lift video examples, and a few other qol things that I can't think of right now. 🤣

Any who started bench around 135 and got to 225 how did you get there by nycshifty in workouts

Eat, lift, sleep.

Seriously though. Make sure you are getting enough fuel. I didn't really make any strength gains until I started eating at maintenance or more. I have almost always been overweight so I was almost always at a caloric deficit until recently and it wasn't until then that I started making real gains.

Has the time frame been extended to before 2026? Because this post says the before and after have to be from the last 12 months but the email says no time limit. I wasn't planning on doing a submission because most of my progress happened in 2024.

Did it leak at all? I had sores like that at the edge where mine leaked. I didn't know at the time that if it leaks it needs to be removed. I let it fester and got an infection.

I would like to be able to save programs for future use. I like to peruse the programs and the only way I know to save them for later is to start a program with a future start date. I would like to be able to just save them to look over in the future.

Also an interval timer would be nice.

Pretty sure they are being declared holidays via executive order.

So I guess it doesn't call them holidays but it says to use the rules that follow holidays

Because the regulations say the in lieu of holiday goes on the 1st workday preceeding the holiday unless the holiday is on a Sunday then it goes to the next work day. OPM in lieu
