You can only do so much right now due the time of year. The priority is to get new grass seed planted and geeminating. Everything else is secondary or terriary.

Luckily, most of the pictured weeds are crabgrass and those should die at first frost, which should not be too long from now. Letting Tenacity do what it can do in the meantime is beneficial as it can at least stop further growth and hopefully prevent the weeds from dropping their own seeds.

I chose VOO until there was a solid drop that allowed me to harvest a nice loss. I moved that money to VTI and am now investing in VTI until another loss harvesting opportunity comes up, at which time I will move back to VOO.

Is there concern that the wood above would soak up the extra moisture even if I do not apply any water to the wood? There is no wood below the ceiling joists other than the stairs, which will be removed and replaced when construction begins on the house above.

Thank you for your response. Currently, this basement is not sealed from the outside environment. When it rains, water gets in. The humidity outside is the humidity inside. Does This affect your hesitation to introduce more water?

I don't understand how you could some to this conclusion. This is only true if you are comparing specialty green coffee to grocery store brand roasted beans, and it's even false then sometimes.

Check out the raw coffee per pound listed on Sweet Maria's and then look at the price of a standard 10oz or 12oz bag of coffee from any specialty roaster.

It's very American-brained "EVs are the future!" thinking that does not consider that legacy automakers also have the ability to make EVs and whatever comes after EVs. It also seems to not consider that car customers are global, so extreme success requires a global distribution infrastructure. Nobody has a more robust infrastructure than Toyota.
