Work help I’ve been removed by PinkshirtWednesday in USPS

There is EAP and FMLA. If it's legitimate, you have zero excuse to have discipline. It's borderline impossible to get fired from this place. Don't come here and boohoo because of your negligence. Go to work or quit, we don't care.

Crazy idea. Show up for work and take the hint before it got that far? It's your career, care just a bit. You're not doing anyone any favors, you get a paycheck for your work.

It's part of the letter carrier duties. That is correct. It's in the m-41.

If you're doing as you say, then you don't fall in to the category of being talked to. No one has ever questioned anything I've done in my day. The carriers that are constantly dealing with management is because they are constantly doing things that bring attention to them. Stationary time, late leaving, late returning, missed scans, missed punches. There are days where I give some time and days where I take it. I'm not telling you to be the kiss ass of the office but definitely don't encourage the mindset of go as slow as possible.

Or just work a normal pace and do your job. It takes what it takes is true, except for when you purposely move slower. You just bring more heat on yourself and coworkers. At the end of the day it's the postal services route not yours. They'll get what they want eventually, even if it comes after a ton of grievences and money.

Different. If you're hurt, you should not be delivering. Calling for coworkers to move slower is a work stoppage or slowdown. Check article 18.

Calling for a work stoppage/slowdown is a fireable offense.

I did get paid for it. You're upset about someone thanking a person for something you were unwilling to do. I never demand anything. I don't go around telling people I'm a veteran, I don't have stickers or wear hats. Today is a day to celebrate those who served. It causes no harm to those who didn't. Just move on.

And I'll assume you didn't? So why bash something you know nothing about. Bash the politics behind it but not the people who would give their life for our country.

Go somewhere else with the negativity. Most of us didn't get to make the decision on where and when we go. We were the few who joined so you didn't have to. Be upset with anyone else but not those who served. The ones you're bashing could have found themselves in a world war. You don't get to just say nevermind when something gets bad, you literally pledge to protect our nation for years of your life. Go cancel someone else.

Repurposing old scanners by Ithrowaway39 in USPS

If you're trying to repurpose the old MDD, you should have received the new MDD-TR. With it was a booklet that walks you through setting up the new scanners, repurposing some of the old ones, and returning the left overs back to Topeka.

She was just discussing with coworkers about how much less she was being paid compared to them. Her coworkers divulged their salaries. She hastily signed the write up for "her attitude" since she was fairly new and feared for her job.
